Awesome English believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the request is made after 7 days of purchase. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product or service delivered is not good. In such cases, we will refund your money no questions asked; however, we might request you to fill out an optional survey to record your feedback so we can further improve our services.
